1. Zero Spam Policy
At TopCity.in, user trust is our highest priority. We will never sell, lease, rent, or distribute your email addresses, phone numbers, or account details to third-party telemarketers, listings managers, or brokers. We hate marketing call spam and take strict technical steps to prevent listings owners from contacting our visitors unless explicitly requested.
2. Client-Side Location Coordinates
We do not track, capture, or store your mobile location coordinates or GPS points in the background. All query routing (mapping districts, categories, and relative distance filters) is computed client-side. We only cache state/city selections inside local storage for a faster browsing session on your next visit.
3. User Auth & Sync Bookmarks
Bookmarks and lists compared inside the compare drawer are saved locally within your browser context. If you choose to authenticate using Google Sign-In or other OAuth methods, we sync bookmarks to our secure server database. You can request complete deletion of your account and synchronized data at any time by dropping a line to our support email.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies to maintain basic visual features, save dark mode settings, and compile anonymous website usage statistics via self-hosted open-source analytical software. We do not participate in third-party cross-site profiling or retargeting networks.
