1. User Agreement & Service Terms
By visiting or interacting with TopCity.in, you agree to comply with these terms, our privacy policy, and any local municipal guidelines. All local directories listings are provided solely for informational and comparison purposes.
2. Curation & Listing Accuracy Disclaimer
While we make diligent efforts to verify business coordinates, phone numbers, hours of operations, and facilities, TopCity.in cannot guarantee that 100% of directory details are accurate at all times. Establishments may alter their rates, services, or locations without notifying us. We advise users to physically or telephonically verify listings before engaging in transactional commitments.
3. Organic Listing Rights
Directory listings are managed independently. TopCity does not accept payments to manipulate organic review scores or placement parameters. Spotlight badges are clearly marked as sponsored advertisements to preserve index clarity.
4. User Review & Feedback Guidelines
Users can submit reviews or suggest edits. Submissions must not contain abusive, defamatory, threatening, or artificial review text (e.g. review farming). We reserve the right to delete, edit, or block submission accounts that engage in review manipulation or write fake reports.
5. Platform Intellectual Property
All data curation methodologies, custom calculated ranking scores, database structures, UI component designs, code snippets, and brand assets are intellectual properties of TopCity.in and protected under Indian copyrights.
